Flowers and Plants
| Welcome to the Year 2 page! Summer 2010
Throughout the year we have been enjoying finding out more about our class artists and enjoying different paintings by them. If you find any more information please continue to share it with your class mates.
The first term will involve learning about Flowers and Plants. We will be collecting evidence through observation and measurement ; posing simple scientific questions ;conducting simple investigations: learning about conditions that plants need to grow and also parts of plants; know that insects grow and reproduce :be able to sort insects into simple groups and to be able to recognise flowers and insects in the school environment
